2020's hot, dry conditions created intensely concentrated fruit. Our Baco was harvested in early September and processed through a "flash unit", heating the whole berries to 80°C to rupture each berry’s outer cells, releasing the colour. This wine was entirely vinified in stainless steel, allowing the full expression of varietal and vintage characteristics.

This is a rich, round, and intense Baco. Juicy black cherry and creamy milk chocolate aromatics explode from the glass, making your mouth water in anticipation of the first sip. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth (Baco has little tannin on its own, and since this wine is vinified in stainless steel, there's no additional oak tannins), paving the way for luscious baked cherry and plum flavours with a hint of zippy red currant.
