2018 The Louie Pinot Gris
A sleek, full-bodied Gris, with notes of warm vanilla and poached pear on the nose. In the mouth, the wine is round, smooth and weighty, with suggestions of baked apples, spice, and a hint of citrus zest.
100% estate grown fruit from the Staff vineyards, located in the Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation. Hand-picked and whole cluster pressed in a one-ton basket press before fermentation and aging in French and American oak.
