A blend of both stainless steel and barrel-aged chardonnay. Aromatics of honeysuckle, lemon peel, coconut and pear. There are secondary notes of biscuit, yoghurt and toast. The palate mirrors the nose with rich aromas of honeydew melon, ripe pear and vanilla. The barrel-aging highlights the structure of the wine with balances acidity. Inspired by Côte Chalonnaise but again truly Niagara.
