Hand harvested. Hand sorted. Wild yeast ferment and natural malolactic conversion. Aged 21 months in French Oak barrels (33% new). Appearance is light ruby garnet in colour. Aroma of black cherries with hints of baking spice, pepper, leather, and vanilla. On the palate, rich and smooth with balanced acidity.
