Truly a savage Brut waiting to be tamed. We crafted this classic, sparkling beast according to “methode traditionelle”—the best bunches of Chardonnay grapes pressed full cluster, by hand, then fermented with traditional “prise de Mousse” yeast before resting quietly for more than ten years in the cool shadows of our cellar.
What’s emerged from that cool cellar is a sparkling wine that’s elegant in style, rich in bouquet, and complex in flavour.
Sushi’s up! Charcuterie, or even fried chicken or kettle chips will do. Serve as an aperitif, if you like—anything goes with this ‘Savage’!
